Business Preferred 2.0 Device and Line Credits
Eligible Business Preferred 2.0 customers may receive smartphone equipment savings and qualifying activation, port-in or upgrade credits.

How Smartphone Promotions Work
Business Preferred equipment promotion: Qualifying 36-month installment purchases may receive the embedded equipment credit available with the selected plan.
National smartphone promotion: An eligible national device offer may be available instead, using a supported 24-month or 30-month installment arrangement or applicable 36-month agreement.
These two equipment promotions cannot be combined on the same device purchase. An applicable activation, port-in or upgrade line credit may also qualify when the requirements are met.
Equipment savings depend on the device, applicable installment terms, plan and offer eligibility. The maximum credits shown are not guaranteed for every smartphone or transaction.

Connected devices use separate plans from smartphone lines. Business Preferred 2.0 includes refreshed options for tablets, mobile hotspots, laptops and wearables.

Who Qualifies for Business Preferred 2.0?
These plans are intended for qualifying business accounts meeting the applicable new-line or existing-line requirements.
New Business & Acquisition
At least 11 new smartphone lines within 90 days.
Additional account, agreement and promotion requirements apply.
Existing Business & Retention
At least 25 existing qualifying smartphone lines.
The account must qualify for the appropriate Business Preferred 2.0 agreement or amendment.
Existing AT&T Business Customers
If your company already has an AT&T Business account, you may qualify for Business Preferred 2.0 without changing every existing phone at once.
The account must have the required agreement or amendment completed before the new plan and promotional benefits are available.

Business Preferred 2.0 launched November 3, 2026, for qualifying business acquisition and retention accounts.
How many smartphone lines are required?
Acquisition eligibility requires at least 11 new smartphone lines within 90 days. Retention eligibility requires at least 25 existing qualifying smartphone lines. Additional account and agreement requirements apply.
Is the $15 BYOD rate a temporary credit?
The eligible Business Preferred 2.0 Standard BYOD rate is a plan-pricing option, not the separate 24-month Unlimited Your Way BYOD port-in promotion. Business Preferred BYOD eligibility and account requirements still apply.
Does the 50+ line discount apply automatically?
The applicable volume pricing is available to qualifying accounts meeting the required smartphone line threshold. The account and agreement must support the discounted pricing.
Are trade-ins required for the Business Preferred equipment credits?
The embedded Business Preferred equipment promotion does not generally require an eligible phone trade-in. Other national device offers may have trade-in requirements depending on the selected promotion.
Can national device promotions be combined with the embedded equipment credit?
No. The embedded equipment promotion and a national device offer are alternative equipment promotion paths. An applicable line credit may also qualify with the selected eligible promotion.
Can existing AT&T Business customers qualify?
Yes. Existing business accounts meeting the retention requirements may be eligible after the required agreement or amendment is completed.
Do these plans include unlimited hotspot?
All three smartphone tiers include mobile hotspot. Premium 2.0 adds Turbo hotspot benefits, subject to applicable network and plan terms.
