Can a phone still on an installment plan be used as a trade-in?
No. The trade-in phone generally must be fully paid off and owned by the customer. Phones on active installments, Certified Pre-Owned devices, and early-upgrade turn-ins may not qualify for trade-in credits.
Does a Next Up or Next Up Anytime turn-in count as the trade-in for these promotions?
