Can I get up to $1,200 off iPhone Duo?
Qualifying trade-ins may provide up to $1,200 in promotional bill credits depending on the device and eligible wireless plan.
Do these phone prices require a trade-in?
No. Every phone in the New Line / Upgrade pricing table is presented as a no-trade-in offer. The separate trade-in section describes offers requiring eligible device trade-ins.
Is a new line the same as an upgrade?
No. A new line adds another smartphone number and service line to the account. An upgrade replaces the phone on an existing line. Promotional device prices may be different.
Can I trade in a damaged iPhone?
Some designated-model Apple promotions may accept eligible damaged phones. Confirm the exact trade-in terms and condition requirements.
How can I check my phone’s trade-in value?
Visit tradein.att.com to estimate your device’s value. Actual promotional eligibility is separate.
What is the new BYOD port-in credit?
Effective November 2, 2026, qualifying non-retail BYOD port-ins may receive up to $480 in credits over 24 months.
Can a business still get $15 per line with BYOD?
Qualifying 25–50-line Advanced 3.0 accounts may reach $15/line after applicable volume pricing and $20/month BYOD credits.
Can all offers be combined?
No. Promotions have different eligibility and stacking requirements. The final combination must be verified before ordering.
Are these device prices or monthly service prices?
