Why is the new-line price different from the upgrade price?
AT&T Business often has separate device offers for new lines and existing-line upgrades. Always use the correct column for your situation.
How does trade-in value affect the promotion?
Some promotions qualify because you are trading a specific phone model. Others qualify because the phone you trade in is assessed at or above a required dollar value. The offer cards above show which path applies.
What trade-in is needed for up to $1,200 off an iPhone 18 Pro or Pro Max?
The top tier requires an eligible any-condition iPhone 14 or newer, or another eligible trade-in worth at least $180, plus Business Unlimited Ultimate 3.0 or Premium 3.0.
Can I trade a Galaxy S10 for a current Samsung promotion?
Yes. An eligible Galaxy S10, Note10, Z Flip3 or newer can qualify for certain Samsung trade-in credit tiers. The alternate minimum trade-in value starts at $35, and the final credit depends on the qualifying wireless plan.
