The discount may take up to two bill cycles to begin. The customer may pay the full plan cost until the discount starts.
No Overage Charges
AT&T Wireless Broadband plans are not priced like small data bucket plans. Instead of charging based on a set data allowance, the plans use maximum speed tiers.
However, no overage charges does not mean guaranteed speed. AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds when the network is busy, and actual performance can vary by location, device, coverage, and network conditions.
5G and 5G+ Access
AT&T Wireless Broadband plans can work with compatible 4G LTE, 5G, or 5G+ mobile hotspot devices where service is available. However, the plan speed cap still matters.
For example, a 5G-capable device on the Standard plan still has a maximum plan speed of up to 25 Mbps. Likewise, Advanced and Premium have their own speed limits.
Device Requirements
Each AT&T Wireless Broadband plan needs a qualified mobile hotspot device. The device is sold separately, and it must support the business use case.
Also, the higher speed tiers may require a device that supports enhanced 4G LTE-Advanced or 5G/5G+ service in an area where that service is available.

AT&T Wireless Broadband plans may receive the $5 AutoPay and paperless billing discount when the account qualifies. However, these plans are not eligible for certain CRU service discounts described in the Business Agreement.
