AT&T Business Transfer PIN and Port Out PIN Help
AT&T business customers use a Number Transfer PIN, also called a Transfer PIN or Port Out PIN, when moving a wireless number from AT&T to another carrier.
This page explains the Premier Transfer PIN path, myAT&T instructions, account access details, important port-out warnings, and what to do if the Port Out PIN option is missing.
Before you request a Transfer PIN or move a number out, make sure the right business user is signed in and the line stays active. For business accounts, the primary user usually needs to request the Number Transfer PIN. Do not cancel AT&T service before the number transfer is fully completed.
Method 1: Primary user requests it online
- Sign in to your AT&T online account.
- Go to your account profile.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to Transfer phone number and select Request new PIN.
- Your Number Transfer PIN will display on the screen.
Need help getting the PIN?
If the primary user cannot get the Number Transfer PIN through the online account, contact AT&T Business support and request the Number Transfer PIN.
