AT&T Connected Spaces makes it easy to monitor your business operations with a simple setup process:

  1. Step 1: After you choose the right solution, you will receive your package in the mail and your “Space Board” account login details via email.
  2. Step 2: Power up your Gateway and place sensors in the desired location. Your “Space Board” Dashboard will come pre-configured.
  3. Step 3: Customize your “Space Board” by naming your sensors and setting up rules & alerts.
  4. Step 4: View your “Space Board” and enjoy a new level of operational visibility.

Once installed, the smart sensors monitor key metrics across your spaces and assets, tracking everything from temperature to security. An IoT gateway collects data from the sensors and sends it to a secure cloud-based platform. The Dashboard displays near real-time and historical data, sends alerts, and offers insights to help optimize performance based on your preferences.

  • $65 AT&T Connected Spaces Subscription: Includes the AT&T Connected Spaces solution, encompassing connectivity between the authorized cellular gateway and authorized sensors, rate plan(s), and access to online dashboards, alerts, and notifications setup capabilities. Basic support is provided via web, email, and chat/chatbot. Email support is available during regular business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 8 PM EST, with a response within 16 business hours.
  • $79 AT&T Connected Spaces Subscription + Premium Support: Includes everything from the Standard Subscription, plus phone support and quicker email response times within 8 business hours. Surcharge and taxes may apply.
