To revoke or limit this permission please send a written notice specifying the SP’s name to AT&T/ACC Business Alliance Channel Customer Outreach at g0****@*tt.com, Subject: Solution Provider Engagement Consent.
FAQ

- No. It only permits a view of account details. No changes occur without your explicit approval.
- Why is CPNI mentioned?
- CPNI refers to telecom account information (plans, usage, billing details). AT&T must protect it, and your consent allows me to review it for quoting.
- Can I revoke consent later?
- Yes. Email g0****@*tt.com with the subject Solution Provider Engagement Consent and include “Platinum Network Solutions.”
- What happens after I say “Yes”?
- I’ll pull your eligibility, promotions, and savings opportunities and send back a simple summary with next steps.
