One-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

  • 30-Day Replacement: If your device is found defective within the first 30 days, AT&T will replace it with a new one. We’ll overnight a new device along with a return label for the defective device to be sent back to the same department it was purchased from.
  • Post-30-Day Service: After the initial 30 days, if defects appear, call 1-800-801-1101 to initiate a warranty claim. You’ll receive a refurbished replacement device with a return label. This new device will carry the remainder of the original warranty period. For example, if your phone develops an issue after 6 months, the replacement will have another 6 months of warranty.

Warranty Limitations:

  • Physical Damage: Any physical damage like cracks or water damage will void the warranty.

    • Protect Advantage for Business for 4: Covers up to four devices for $50 per mobile account monthly, offering the same benefits as the single plan but expanded.
  • Claim Limits: Unlimited claims with a maximum device value of $3,500 per claim.
