AT&T Business Messaging

AT&T Business Messaging provides organizations the ability to reliably and effectively deliver notifications, alerts and critical communications to mobile workers via text messaging. It confirms that messages have been received, and saves time with preconfigured responses. Recipients have one-touch access to standard replies like Yes, No or Escalate.
The Business Messaging solution also includes The AT&T Business Messenger app, that is available for your smartphone or tablet. Available for both iOS and Android OS. In addition to sending messages from applications (A2P) and/or our web portal (Business Notification Center), the AT&T Business Messenger App provides that capability to collaborate within your team, send & receive messages to individuals (P2P) or Groups. Thanks to this dedicated gateway, AT&T Business Messaging bypasses the normal texting architecture so you can reliably deliver notifications, alerts and other communications using popular paging protocols. You can send messages to as many as 20,000 recipients, and they can be up to 1,000 characters long. That’s six times longer than a tweet!
